1. Are you finding yourself being negative? Becoming the drama king? Talking to yourself as though you're an idiot? Take a moment to stop the commotion in your head.

4. If your mind starts to argue with your new thoughts command SILENCEand keep talking positively to yourself.


By the way everyone talks to themselves sometimes out loud.
